Waye - Hotel de Aquí

Superb hotel, very well managed and maintained. Reception staff was very professional, speaking perfect English. Can't find a thing that was not great or went south. We were very happy with the pool area with super clean water. I liked the tasteful room furnishings and bathroom, even the tissue dispenser made of stone was something special. Children will enjoy the TV in the room with Netflix or the small playground in front of the building. For families with small children it might be a bit far from the Parque Principal centro, but the Parque Sesal and 'de los Cupules' is close like 6-7 minutes. There is a decent playground and from there you can go via Calz. de Los Frailes (with many nice restaurants) to the city centro. If you don't use their breakfast, there is a Oxxo convenience store at the opposite site of the hotel (literally 50 meters), where you can get your morning coffee or hot water for tea, soups etc. (useful for parents). Just to give a suggestion: I would welcome a kettle in any family room, especially in a hotel of this category were so many things are done right. Parents need to boil water frequently, for soups, tea, sometimes even for desinfection.

Highly recommend! Within walking distance of major landmarks. Receptionists were so welcoming and helpful. The receptionist upon arrival gave us a map and pointed out all the must see places. She also created a legend for places that were not on the map. She recommended places that held a place in her heart and they were amazing! I appreciate the outstanding customer service. Above and beyond! Ixcatik restaurant was amazing! The hotel restaurant was also fantastic, with authentic Mayan cuisine. Louis was also very accommodating. Would stay here again. Decor was beautiful! Thank you for such a great stay.

Good value for money hotel. 2 double bed room booked for 1 night. Spacious room and nice designed. Well equipped. Near the town Center, parking offered in the hotel, however can park on the road without any safety concerns. Breakfast was nice, as we could choose American coffee or tea and close one dish from the menu,( additional dishers were Extra) Didn’t use the pool, not the sunbeds.

What a lovely hotel! It's a great choice if you are staying in Valladolid. We stayed here for two nights with our 15-month old baby. The staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms are super clean and nicely designed, the pool is nice and clean as well. The breakfast was included and really good. In our room we got a baby crib with lovely bedding. At breakfast they had a high-chair available. So all in all, with or without kids, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Super helpful staff. I asked one of the receptionists for tamale recommendations and she marked all the best spots out on a map for me. I also asked for no watermelon on the first morning and the waiter remembered no watermelon for my entire stay. Comfy bed and pillows. Amazingggg shower. Perfect location, just far enough out of the city. Breakfast was one of our best. Those pancakes incredible array of choices as well. If you are put in room 6, ask to move. It's on the ground floor and backs onto the stairs. Super noisy. Also you have to ask if you want the hot water putting on before 7pm. Not ideal when most people leave for dinner at 7pm and you're paying £60+ per night

I was traveling with my boyfriend and our dog. The hotel is pet friendly !!!! The rooms are super clean and stylish! The bed was great! I read my book in the hammock on the backyard while my dog was exploring and it was super relaxing, the staff was so nice and hospitable they even provided us with water for our furry one. Breakfast was delightful and location is great! We will definitely go back!

We stayed in a family room at the beginning of February. The room was standard, clean and nice. Beds were confortable. All the staff were very nice, smily, polite and flexible. The hotel is located at 10-15min by foot to the central park. Breakfasts were delicious and very generous. We had a plaisant stay there. It was ideal for us as we visited the Yucatan (Chichen Itza, Rios Lagartos, Coba and some cenotes).

We had a great stay at Waye's hotel for two nights. We extended one more night because we loved it. There is a nice small pool, very nice garden with hamacs, peaceful spacious double rooms. Its very clean. The staff was very welcoming and the breakfast delicious with local specialities. Room are super comfortable, with AC and nice bathrooms.

Would've given a 3-star rating but since it's in the middle of Valladolid of Mexico and not a touristy place at all, it's actually pretty good. Breakfast was great, but during our stay of 4 days the breakfast was the same every single day. Very disappointing! No extra towels were available either. It's a very new hotel, they might have some things to add and learn. But all in all compared to other hotels (I've heard) I can still very much recommend them! We enjoyed our stay.

A great hotel! We traveled with our one year-old for the first time and they were incredibly accommodating and provided a great pack-and-play for her to sleep in. The staff were very kind and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was quite lovely: a full menu and very tasty. The room was clean and cool, the shower hot, safe parking, and pool and lounge area comfortable. The location isn't super central but it is quiet and an easy walk to the town center. A great choice for families and couples alike!
